| | Break It Down Again by Tears For Fears | ] | This year's anniversary show is set to be awesome, I'm wrestling Del PC in one of the few first time matches I really want to have in NWA Ireland. After Sunday, the list of guys who I'm yet to wrestle 1 on 1 that I really want to reads: Gary Cassidy, Paul Tracey, Fergal Devitt, Adam Abz! People are coming from the likes of Northern Ireland, England, & Germany to witness this show! Since I'll probably be the first one out of that old curtain into a new venue I best not disappoint. As Macrus might say, "See you at the show" |

My god. Hasn't it been ages since I updated this.
Well I'll give you the short version of events: Almost broke my neck trying to win the NWA Ireland championship in that match I talked about in my last post.
Joined TMA-& developed a heated rivalry with someone who's looking to be the fututre of Irish wrestling, Aguila Artois. Had some class a matches with him.
Started workin for NLW & UCW more frequently.
Went overseas for the first time, to work for CWN in Germany. It was an awesome trip!
Died my hair & became #1 Contender to the UCW cruiserweight & NWA Ireland Heavyweight titles.
Almost broke my neck AGAIN trying to win the NWA Ireland championship, footage here: http://ie.youtube.com/watch?v=ENrbyAbQkDo
And that short version of 9months of life has brought me to here, starting back at the bottom of the NWA Ireland pile to prove myself again. It took me a year, but I've come full circle here. From here on out, every day is a proving ground!
Anyway, I better go pack my bags, gotta plane to catch to Spain for a show! Meeting up with an old friend or two! |

[Oct. 17th, 2006|10:39 pm] |
So I'm walking out of the gym the other day & I get a text message from the guy who runs No Limit Wrestling, he asks me if I'm available to work a show on Saturday 21st of October. My opponents that night would be Paddy Morrow, Adam Abz & Sean Brennan, with Sean's Nwa Ireland title on the line. I'm jumped at the chance, so NLW here I come! My first taste of woring outside my home promotion. In other news, this Sunday's WIRED show looks to be the most exciting yet, having heard a few whispers about what's rumoured to happen, I can't feckin wait to see how this show turns out. I'll update after this weekend, it promises to be a good one in my career no doubt. "Fuck anyone who tries to stop us", Sean |

So seeing as I haven't updated in a long time I thought I'd make this a bumper edition of news!
In the past few days I have:
-Had my 19th Birthday(first since I've gotten this journal)
-Wrestled in the first ever Wildcard match in Nwa Ireland
-FINALLY got my ass back into a proper gym!
& other random bits & bobs.
But to elaborate on previous points; My 19th birthday was a blast, despite starting rather mundanely. I was in Alex Breslin's gaf after the NLW show & routine night out the previous evening, was a rather fun time which included pranking & generally toying with Ian Kelly & a few Ucw boys. We gave Ian the old cold shoe treatment, to which he replied ratner angrily, could have been the deep heat & toothpaste on his arms, ears & face though! I fell asleep around 10am, I got the deep heat treatment myself, it did indeed burn! After a while, a load of the Nwa crew headed towards townski, where we thought that Grafton street would be a great place to sing for cash, for about 10mins of banging out some of the finest renditions of Elvis, Motley Crue, & other bands whose songs were good till we got our mitts on them, we made around 3euro anywhoo! So we hung around for a while longer before I really started to crave sleep & decided to go home. I arrived home around 3:30 & fell asleep immediately. Kev Rocksrang me & awoke me around 9pm, glad he did, cause after that I showered & left for town & had a blast out & about with a few mates whilst celebrating the past 19 years since my mother pushed my through her gee!
That night kinda blurred into the next which was Sunday, SHOW DAY! Twas a wired Taping & the first since Paul Tracey had left for the states, so we had something to prove! I was in the first ever wildcard match in Nwa Ireland history. The rules were the same as a normal tag match, but with one exception: the participants were chosen at random. I was paired up with Danny Butler of Team Megaaaaa & we faced off against Michael Winchester & William Hawksworth of the regency socirty(What a feckin FIX!!!!), the match was good with me taking a lot of the punishment berfore I tagged in Danny & he bet the be-diddly-jaysus outta the two feckwits! Danny got pinned off a big splash from Willy Hawks & I went home for the night, wahey!
Well we come around to the gym business. I got a membership for my birthday, being a full time student I had no money to afford one before. I managed to keep myself fit enough, but being able to cut down weight & fat is just soooooo cool right now! Also Sauna's do indeed rock my socks. Plus the level of hotties in my gym is great, Southy loves it!
Anyways, that's all I have time & effort to write. Sure I'll see yas all later. Laters, Southy |

| Ahh I'm bored, update time!!! |
[Aug. 9th, 2006|03:06 am] |
It's been a while since my first proper title shot so I decided that while I'm bored I'll let you all know about how it went!
I was geared up for the match like a mofo! As usual I had training before the show which went well. Paddy Morrow was the guest ref & had ben screwing with finishes & the such the whole night, so I was cautious as to what his input would be in our match! At the start he informed the crowd that Maxer had beaten him on June 25th with an "illegal choke" an that if he saw Maxer using the choke on me in this match he would disqualify him immediately! I was fairly thrilled after hearing that but then I thought to myself: "Hmmm, I'll win the match but not the title! BAD!!!!!" I told Paddynot to do that but he persisted, bastard! We started the match & that little pumped up midget got the upper hand with his speed & experience advantage, he hit me with a dropkick which sent me to the outside. As he went to dive on my, Paddy pulled his foot, & Maxer started to argue with him. He made the mistake of leaving his hand on the rope though, I seized my chance & put my gameplan into action. I snapped him arm off the top rope & dropped a flying elbow on the same prone arm, he was hurt! For a while we traded the advantage back & forth with me always going back to his arm to stop him gaining too much of an advantage. Occasionally he went for variations of his choke, on all occasions I managed to escape by taking advantage of his wounded arm. Eventually he took advantage & sent me to the outside with an enziguiri, as I landed I hit my ribs fairly badly off the floor & was winded, OUCH!! Maxer rolled me back into the ring & took advantage with a pumphandle gutbuster & hit my with his Frogsplash finisher, I was officially breathless, it was all a matter of 1. . . . 2. . . . . I kicked out! Maxer tried for a sunset flip & I nailed him with a Straight South, he landed hard & it was all over, new Nwa Ireland champion as easy as 1. . . 2. . . HE kicked out, I shouldn't have taken that extra second or two to catch my breath before covering him!!! I remembered my gameplan, so positioned his arm in a sick way with his wrist touching the ground below his shoulder while he was on his back, i went up for a frogspash of my own, with every intention of breaking his arm I leapt into the air, sailed for what seemed to be an eternity & crashed down on an empty canvas, all that breath I had caught back was once again gone, I got up out of pure instinct, & was hit by a desperation clothesline, I bounced on the canvas, my lungs felt as though I was breathing fire, I thought to myself that I had better get up & start swinging, so that's what I did! I got up & exchanged chops & forearms with Maxer, not easy when you're winded, every movement I made was a challenge, every chop he hit was not only stinging my skin, but draining my lungs of precious air. Eventually adrenaline kicked in & I began to hit a sucession of forearms on Maxer, he was reeling, I swung for him with a blow that would break my forearm & his jaw had it connected, but he caught it, DDT'ed meso that I was temporarily knocked loopy, when I was fully aware what was going on, I felt his huge arms around my neck, his legs grapevined around my waist, both of which were squeezing with whatever energy he had left after the last 15 gruelling minutes. I went to try to sit out of his grip, but instead felt a searing heat in my chest & head, my vision started fading to black, I had no other choice but to tap out, basically saying to Maxer that he was the better man than me, he had made me tap. However, in my hazy high, I was vaguely aware of ring announcer Shane Kenny's words: "Here is your winner as a result of a disqualification, Sean South!" Paddy had DQ'ed Maxer for using his choke to full effect, I had won the match. Maxer wasn't too pleased though, he felt that since I tapped that he should be awarded the match, I agreed(being the fair bloke that I am). We petitioned Paddy to restart the match so that a clear winner could be found, after all I had been cheated out of a belt, Maxer had been cheated out of a victory! As we backed Paddy into the corner to hit him a few smacks, I was nailed suddenly from behind by Finglas Hooligan Keith Loughman of the faction ASBO, he & Robie Morrissey attacked me, threw me to the outside & continued to assault Maxer. They announced Paddy as the fourth & final member of ASBO, & posed with the title over a prone Maxer. When I regained my bearings I ran them from the ring & assisted Maxer back to his feet. I looked down & saw something, something I wanted more han anything else in the world at that very moment, the Nwa Ireland title belt. I picked it up, held it for a moment & admired it's beauty & what it symbolised, all my brain said at that time was "just hit Sean with the belt & take it home!" But my sense of duty, responsible & respect for the Nwa & the tradition we uphold won out, as I handed the belt back to Sean, & raised his hand to proclaim him as the real winner of the match. He took the mic & promised me that I could have one more shot at his belt, on August 27th in Wolfe Tone Community centre in Bray, for our "Night Of Champions" event. I promise I'll be more ready this time!
So that's the story of my first title shot, sorry about the length, I got carried away & suprised myself with how much I remembered from the day!
So I've been doing nothing but training since then, in the gym & in the ring. I want the Nwa Ireland heavyweight championship, and I won't rest until I get it!
Stay Safe out there, Sean |

| | Head Up High by BRMC | ] | That's how long it is until I step into the Ring with Sean Brennan, am I nervous? I'm not ashamed to say that I am a little, after all, it's my first title shot, to add even more pressure, a few of my friends from one of Ireland's other wrestling promotions are supposed to be showing up to add support, I've always felt that wrestling in front of your peers is harder than any plain old fan, they may not call you on it, but they will know what you've done right or wrong! To add EVEN MORE pressure, one of my best friends is coming to the show, & it's her first time to ever see a live wrestling show(plus I haven't seen her in months!) But Tomorrow, when my music plays, I have to put all of that out of my mind, I have to focus on the task at hand, I have to stick to my gameplan(don't think for a second that I'm going into my first EVER one-on-one title mtch without a gameplan) So Tomorrow, don't wish me luck, cause luck is for losers. Tomorrow, get yourself to Bray, cause I plan on showing fans just how much of a True sensation I am! Yours hopefully, South |

Not only am I receiving great training from some of the best wrestlers in Europe, but I'm wrestling in good matches & getting genuine opportunities in this business!
I now intend to cash in on every single opportunity that I get from Nwa(who've already given me more than enough)
Case in point: Not only am I getting a crack at (moniker stealing bastard) Sean 'Maxer' Brennan this Sunday at Wired 6 this Sunday, but on August 27th, on one of Nwa Ireland's biggest shows to date, I'll face 'Maxer' agan, in a match for the Nwa Ireland championship. turns out that the grass IS greener on the other side.

| The Real Deal!! |
[Jul. 14th, 2006|04:14 pm] |
When I made my debut way back when, I was branded with the name "The Sensation", this was because I was basically the last of the oldschool lockup boys to debut, they were saving the best for last I used to say. All the others like Vic Viper, Bam Katrazz, and Irish Dragon had(quite frankly & in my opinion) shite debuts! I was different, I had a good debut, I was the one who straight away broke out of the pack, this could be due to the fact that I had longer to prepare & more time to train & hone my skills until I got my much belated call up to the roster of irish whip, but mainly it was because I understood wrestling. So from then on I was known as "The Sensation", I tried my best to live up to that moniker, I tried to give the fans the best match on the card every night(and a lot of the time I succeeded!).
So now that I've joined Nwa Ireland I've noticed a few things, mainly that I'm not as much of a standout talent as I used to be, most of the guys in this company actually give their all every time-just like me! It's almost like being in a company full of me! Which is no problem to me whatsoever, it just means I have to work harder to get noticed.
What is a problem to me however, is the fact that our champion, Sean 'Maxer' Brennan, has been called a "Sensation" by many fans. As if the name 'Maxer' & a big gold belt wasn't enough for him, he had to steal MY name which I've worked so hard to establish & maintain. I don't dislike Maxer, he's a nice guy, he works hard, he's a good wrestler, you could say that he's great. In fact, he's pretty phenomenal, he's frankly fantastic, but one thing he is NOT is Simply Sensational, that's me!!
So, on July 23rd, Sean Brennan will know what a real Sensation is like in the ring! Come along to Nwa Ireland Wired in Bray on Sunday July 23rd, and get ready for a True Sensation, but please don't accept any cheap imitations! laters, "T-H-E S-E-N-S-A-T-I-O-N" Sean South |

The Third Anniversary show was a triumph in just about every sense of the word, I had a great match with Ross Browne, it had a super hot crowd & was critically acclaimed by everyone who saw it, good times were had by all!

| | This Lullaby by QOTSA | ] | On Sunday I made my Nwa debut on the Wired show in Bray. I'm not really in the mood to write a long entry here so I'll just summarise in points.
1. Training before a show was new to me but I loved it, felt much more loose & ready as showtime rolled around.
2. Met Ross Browne & The Cassidy bros for the first time, all super sound & funny lads, Ross in particular is gas(& a fountain of knowledge on top of that too.)
3. I cut a backstage promo bout my match with Paddy for WIRED on nwaireland.com
4. a gym show with TWO INDOOR dressing rooms, WHAT??
5. The match itself was cool, Paddy is a joy to work with, I find it a huge honour that management wanted me to work with Paddy.
6. I got major deja vu after Paddy hit me with a cross body. I hit my head on the canvas & looked around, I couldn't help but feel as though I'd been there before.
7. I used "Pump It" by black Eyed Peas as entrance music & spied one or two people in the crowd dancing to it(you know who you are hahaha)
8. All in all I had a blast working the show, & even caught up with an old friend in "Pimp Daddy" Joey Cabray.
so that's enough from me until next time I have any news. Oh, almost forgot, Make sure you check out WIRED on nwaireland.com the whole show was full of great matches that will be put up on the site. & also make sure you all get to Wired 5 on 18th of June to see the returning Fergal Devitt in action, then a week later Nwa Ireland presents our third anniversary show from the Wolfe Tone center in Bray.

So here is one of the funnier things I've read about myself in the past few weeks:
________________________________________________________________________________________ Sean South Stats Height: 6'1" Weight: 203lbs of Raw Beef Hometown: Ballymun, North Dubin Nickname: Seany Boy, The Lad, The Milk Kid, The fella of this Generation Catchphrase(s): "Get Ready For some fairycakes, Don't accept any money from strangers", "Get ready for some Southern fried chicken" [edit] South's Signature Moves Damage Case DDT (Finisher) A bag of fruitgums and some Honey Straight South Sider (Finisher 2) A Vodka with a twist of lemon and some Gingerale Flip Driver South Grab's his opponent's face and caresses it lovingly Jockeyback Whiplash Sean sits on his opponents back and prentends hes a wild animal out of control S3 Neckbreaker French Kiss to the Neck - Devestating Shining Wizard Top Rope Love South has also been known to use the likes of Dragon Pajamas, Dressinggowns and slippers when watching the telly at home . [edit] Career Highlights: Sean South made his debut on 16th April 2005 in a winning effort against Blagger Boy Zero; some who were live in attendance (including South himself) claimed that the Blagger was none other than 'The Ladies Hero' Dave Zero fraudulently earning extra pay. If this mystery Blagger was indeed Zero, South Earned a major scalp in his debut. From there, South had a few matches on the IwW midcard, including an excellent pillow fight with Vic Viper at Gym Wars II. On 29th May 2005 South faced off against his trainer "The Pukka One" Darren Burridge. Although on the losing end, South displayed fine mat skills against his finely tuned technician trainer & the match was later used as the first match on IwW "Whiplash TV" on The Wrestling Channel, and was one of the highlights of the episode. From there, South had a feud with the Ballymun Bruiser which spanned several weeks of IwW's residence in Trabolgan, Co. Cork. In the middle of this feud, South was kissed and pampered by both Forbes Kelly & Bruiser following a match where South had beaten Kelly. A savage 2 on 1 feelup took place, until "The Pukka One" Darren Burridge entered the ring & challenged the duo to a Pony on a stick match, which was eventually won when South kissed Forbes following a Top Rope Double love cuddle. After IwW's residency in Trabolgan finished in September 2005, South drifted around the midcard for a while, competing in matches against Mad Man Manson & Marty Gore. In October 2005 South Entered into a match with renowned Scottish wrestler "Thee" Drew Galloway. Although 14 inches bigger than South, Galloway didnt brag about it to keep Sean down, However, the couageous South fought back, and had Drew down, about to finsh him off with some sort of love techneque, when Drew's manager (Charles Boddington) caressed South and crotched him on the ropes which allowed Drew the victory. After this, South was crying & felt up the nearest wrestler he could find, which turned out to be Marty Gore, & headed to the ring for a match with the dou of Super Speedo & Popeye (two wrestlers who never seem to win in IwW). South & Gore fondled through the two, South hugging Popeye for the win, in a display so impressive that IwW officials put South on Team Ireland for the main event of Gym Wars VII. South pinned B-Way of Team Sexay in the match which pitted Team Ireland (Seamus O'Shaunessy, Steve Mulligan, Mad Man Manson, and Sean South) vs. Team UK (Drew Galloway, George McFly, Team Sexay), and it was a landmark victory for South as he had effectively caressed the best UK talent in IwW. He also had rid himself of frustration about men, & had represented & won for his private club members M.E.N. Following on from this, Sean South Teamed with long time ally Bam Katraz to defeat Dave Zero & Ballymun Bruiser, viciously licking Zero's lip in the process. This led to a backstage chat by Dave Zero for the first ever Mexican Tandem match in IwW history, South accepted as long as he could wear pink, & on 28th January in Stillorgan Team Zero Clashed with South's Munami Dojo. Zero's team was very clearly researched, as it contained great elements of South's past; Dave Zero, A Blagger Boy, The Ballymun Bruiser(South's most prolific opponent), & Forbes Kelly(another great rival of South). South's Team was full of fantastic looking ladswith great heart & fine looking legs; Rick O'Shea, JC Williams & Glam Rock were South's team-mates. The rules of the match meant that you needed to pin the captains of each team or to eliminate all the other members in his place, JC Williams was pinned by the Blagger boy after a few minutes, then Glam Rock received a serious shoulder injury & was eliminated by Forbes Kelly, at this point Sean South stepped in & caressed Forbes. Dave Zero was then hit with the Damage Case DDT & South lay lovingly on him, but Bruiser distracted the ref, Forbes Hit a Flipity flopity-driver on South & Zero screwed South(Dirty Man) out of a win. Will South try to ask out 'The Ladies Hero'on a date? Only time will tell. At the present moment, however, South cannot focus on asking outZero. At the IwW Naas show the day after an IwW show in Stillorgan, South's backstage crush Bam Katrazz was attacked by 'The French Paradoxx' Pierre Marceau with a baton & also by Gonzo de Mondo. After a backstage challenge was issued by De Mondo to Katrazz to find a partner & face the duo in a tag match, Katrazz chose(as long as he wouldnt wear pink) South & the two teams faced off in a heated match on an IwW Show in Blanchardstown. Although South was pinned in this encounter by de Mondo, The real story was the apparent deep-seated hatred love of South for Marceau, as the two exchanged vicious slaps in the face at the start of the match. After the match, Marceau & South agreed to clash in a 'Kiss my love hole' match at the next IwW show, which just happened to be in South's hometown of Ballymun. Neither one of these men were going to back down from a fight, especially with their respective nation's pride on the line. The two clashed in a hard-hitting encounter which twice spilled outside the ring into the fans, South was taken to the limit by Marceau, who focused his entire offence on the lower back even though Sean wanted in is lower region. But in the end South came through the match, including interference from the Ballymun Bruiser, with the win after a top rope Doublestomp on Marceau. Having successfully defending his countries pride, South may set his sights on Ballymun Bruiser, who nearly cost South the match, and the two bitter rivals from Ballymun can settle their feud, once and for all. Sean South has since given up his wrestling career and emigrated to Nigeria to persue a career in dancing, window designing and maneguin dressing. | | Personal Jesus-Marilyn Manson | ] | Well I made my decision. I've officially become a member of the National Wrestling Alliance, in NWA Ireland(where else?). I trained with them yesterday & enjoyed every minute of it. There are some absolutely phenomenal workers out there like Paddy Morrow, Adam Abz, Sean 'Maxer' Brennan, Justin Bred, Danny Butler, & Paul Tracey, among countless others. The promotion is very innovative, yet also very traditional in many aspects(think ROH). which suits me down to the ground. I think I'm gonna love it there. NWA were the first promotion to train wrestlers in Ireland, & have a very rich tradition of putting on the best matches in the country. I have to work hard to impress their fans who love pure wrestling & good solid action. Hopefully I won't dissapoint.
So onto the big news in this post: From the NWA Ireland website(www.nwaireland.com)
"NWA Ireland continues to receive rave reviews for the NWA Ireland 'Wired' series, taped at our training facility in Bray Co. Wicklow. And the success is only set to continue with our hottest show yet, Wired 4, set to be filmed on Sunday May 28th.
In matches scheduled so far NWA Ireland is proud to announce that it will crown it's first ever Junior Champion at Wired 4. In previous shows all Juniors have been scored on a points system structured around their performance in the ring. Points were awarded on the number of victories scored in the duration of the tournament, the number of people each respective competitor eliminated in the tournament and also for performance in matches outside the tournament itself. Thus at Wired 4, NWA Ireland has decided that there will be a triple threat match for the Junior Title between Nigel Foster, Del PC and Aguila II.
Also at Wired 4 making his NWA Ireland debut will be 'Simply Sensational' Sean South. And while South has previous experience between the ropes he has the formidable task of battling former NWA Ireland Heavyweight Champion 'The Suicide Machine' Paddy Morrow.
In a Number One Contenders Match for the Tag Team Titles the heated feud between the Masterclass and Team Mega will come to a head as they compete against each other for the first time at a Wired taping.
The Tag Team Champions will also be on hand at Wired 4 as they team with the winner of the Junior Tournament for some six man tag team match. So on the night it will be The Finglas Hooligans and the Junior Tournament Champion to take on none other than The Regency Society.
And finally NWA Ireland is pleased to announce that there will be a Tradition Rules Match at Wired 4 and it will be for the NWA Ireland Heavyweight Chapionship. Defending champion Sean 'Maxer' Brennan will battle it out with number- one contender Paul Tracey in this match where there are six three minute rounds, with no countouts. This match is best of three falls with pinfall, submission or total knockout being the only means of winning the match.
Also on the night expect to see Heavy D, The Cassidy's, AJ Havok and more in action. Tickets are on sale now from the NWA Ireland training facility and to avoid disappointment we suggest you get your tickets early, as all previous Wired shows have sold out quickly. This show will also be taped for our NWA Ireland Internet Television show. "
I'm ver very very excited & anxious about this match, Paddy has a lot more experience than me & is very good in the ring, I'm just hoping that I don't dissapoint him & the fans at all. So if you're near Bray on the 28th of May, come down & check out the hottest pro wrestling action in Ireland. Look for the Coach Inn & the venue is simply a minutes walk round the corner from that. You wont be dissapointed.
Until then, Stay sassy, Sean |

Well my friends, it's seems as though my life in IwW is over. I got a phone call from promoter Simon Rochford & after two years in the promotion I(along with two others) left. The reasons I wont go into fully cause I'd just end up dragging someone's name through the mud, but basically there were problems between me & certain people on the roster, which led to serious issues. Although towards the end of my stay there I didn't enjoy it much, particularly my last week, I had some great times & excellent memories there. I begrudge not one person on the roster or in the lock up, I even helped train some of them(despite my meager experience & knowledge). I wish IwW good luck in the future & especially good luck to Steve-O, Bambi, Colin, CJ, Ballance, Ryan, & Joey(the last four especially since I had a big hand in their training). Now I'm sure I'll get a reply on this from at least one person here saying something derogatory about me or this post, but frankly I don't care, say what you want man, whether you stay anonimous or give your name, I don't care. Talk away.
What now? I suppose I'll join one of the other two promotions in Ireland, & go from there. Next time you hear about me though, dont be surprised if I've changed my tune a little.
That's all I'm gonna say for now, I suppose I'll update when I find a new promotion to call home. Until then, Stay Happy, Sean |

| Quick Update |
[Apr. 6th, 2006|09:27 pm] |
Heres a quick update to keep you lot happy. Basically it's what's on my mind lately. It's in point for because I can't be arsed to write paragraphs. Here Goes:
************************************************************************************
I wanna kill that little cunt, you know who.
I'm gonna miss Rocks & Dynamo, those two were the best of friends & fuckin good workers.
JC Williams seriously needs to update his depressing Emo style livejournal.
I'm movin out as soon as I'm finished school, I'm fuckin sick of my home life, I really need a change.(any body who wants to be my room mate to rent a place in Dublin let me know, I'm lookin at you; Bam, Leggo, Ballance, JC)
I finished my oral exams in school, that's a little of the battle finished anyway.
I cant wait for Castaway night, nobody who reads this will know what I'm on about, but it's really nostalgic & actually means a lot to me.
I seriously need to think long & hard about what I'm doing in the future. I'll thank myself in the long run.
I love to work out, gives me that endorphin rush, even though I nearly killed myself tonight.
I can see the Helix from my house, it looks deadly lit up.
I'm gettin new gear made, I want it to be awesome. . . .
I don't know what my new gear should look like, someone PLEASE email me with ideas(seriously)
I was really dissapointed with Wrestlemania, thinking about it now makes me incredibly irate, I'm also a fuckin sap who writes poetry, hahaha, I mean hwah hwah hwah.
"Question" "Shoot" "Whatever happened to my rock & Roll?"
I think the livejournal main page is quite humorous.
Some guys are fuckin eejits when it comes to learnin anything, ask JC about smiley Joe, I'm gonna kick that guys face in.
*************************************************************************
I think that's enough for now, I'm serious about gear ideas, I'm coming up with nothing new, I wanna incorporate a singlet & Butchers, but how do I make em look cool??? Emails people, emails!!!
Until next time, stay MEGGGAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! Sean(aka Vitamin S) |

| I'm now a number, apparently! |
[Mar. 28th, 2006|10:34 pm] |
So today I gt my Exam Number for the leaving Cert exams, I think it's very humorous that the government can be so systematic & address everyone not by name, but as a number. So on Thursday when I take my Irish Oral exam, I'm no longer **** ******, but rather I'm some random number(at least for 20mins or so). Funny little world eh??? Stay happy kids, Sean(/125469) |

| | On A Pain By Nirvana | ] | So at the weekend we had 3 shows; the much anticipated Gym Wars 9, A Show in my old stomping grounds of Cabra, & a show in my tag partner's(Bam Katrazz, search for his LJ) hometown of Skerries.
So we started the mini-tour on Friday(St.Patrick's day), Gym Wars with Vampiro & THREE(yep 3) TV crews there. Only downside was the changing, er, rooms were outside & it was minus 5 degrees C out there(Fuck sake). I was taggin that night with my aul Buddy Bam Katrazz to face Ballymun Bruiser & Keego Ward. First thing I said to myself(or was it aloud) after walkin through the curtain: "Holy Shit there are a lot of people here!!!" Match was good because we were tryin to outdo the other matches(& with Drew Galloway and Vampiro on the same card that was a challenge). At one point Bruiser ddt'd me onto the ring apron from the inside & I basically spiked head first on the thing, OUCH!!!!!! In the end the N.E.W.(New Eire Wrestlers) lost when Bam was low blowed & hit with Bruisers 'Wkd Dream' finisher. A lot of the lads, including myself, went out that night & had a great laugh. FACT: Married Women like it Sugarfree. Worst part was walking home at 4am, that was quite gay.
Wrist tape for the day: Left: I know This Shade of Blue, Right: King Of My World. Quote of the day: Vampiro: "Holy Fuck, My nipples are a foot long!"
Next day was Cabra, When I got to the venue I noticed that there was a bunch of kids standin round harassing the boys, So I became very childish & Started verbally murdering them, ahh good fun. So we did the usual(oooooh you know) & I look at the matches for tonite, N.E.W. versus Georgie Mac & G. De Mondo, ohhh fuck. These guys are REALLLY good & can do some real damage, fortunately for Us, Gonzo gets stuck on a train(I'm fairly sure he could have got out & pulled it along the track). So George is frantically shouting his head off backstage lookin for a partner, Just as we're about to enter, Pierre Marceau offers his services. Now he is pissed off because he just lost an I Quit match to Mad Man Manson & is really not to be messed with. Match is a very good one, I'm proud to have hit a standing backflip Japanese armdrag. Match ends when George Goes for his Finsher & Bam counters into a roll-up, As this was goin on, me & Pierre Marceau are Brutalising each other, Strong Style. I hacked his legs to bits with shin-kicks & we Win. Was a good match, I'm really startin to believe my matches are becoming mega consistent now. Stayed in Dynamo's house that night & watched some Nwa dvd, Some good stuff on them which I may steal.
Wrist tape of the day: Left: Tappa Tappa Tappa, Right: 4ACB. Only JC Williams knows & He wont tell, will he??? Quote of the day: Me: "Ray, What's the Blue Sky on Mars? You're finisher's name??" Ray: "I haven't a Fuckin Clue man!"
Finally onto Skerries(This Is Takin a long time, due to MSN & text messages). I had a new Tag partner because Bam was Challenged to a singles match by Pierre Marceau, So the match was Myself & Dragon vs George & Gonzo. A good little match. Highlights were: Myself & Gonzo's chain at the start, Dragon's dive to outside, my Baseball slide enziguiri combo, my handspring back elbow off the apron, George & Gonzo's Painful double teams, Dragon's Top rope & reverse rana's, & Dragon's springboard moonsault. Funny moment came when Gonzo threw me out of the ring & George tried to attack me, as he ran towards me I span round & tripped one of his legs, causing him to do the splits. Ahh Good times. Match ended when dragon attempted a Rana off the top & Gonzo Caught him in the DeMondo Driller. He was screwed up in the back area after that. But I'm proud of the guy, after the injury he's come on by leaps & bounds & is about 50 times the wrestler he was last year.
Wrist tape of the day: Left: AGAIN!!! Right: 3 TODAY!!! Quote(s): DZ on train: "I'm sittin next to Ma**y . . . . . . . that's how bad it's gotten!" Me: "Dave Zero IS the ladies hero!!!" DZ: "no, Dave Zero is a rapist!!"
So that concludes my update on the weekend, hope ya enjoyed readin it. I'll update after the big ten in April(dear god I'm gonna die!!!). Plus I've ot a cold I need to shake off after a bad Paddy's day.
Stay Sensational, Sean |

| | Hitchin' a Ride by Greenday | ] | Ok So Today was the Ballymun show, it was special for me cause it was my hometown & I was facing someone who I enjoy working. sean South vs Pierre Marceau in a 'Kiss My Flag Match'(basically the loser kisses the flag of the Winner). The Match wasn't a technical masterpiece of holds & counter-holds, more of a hard-hitting brawl grudge-match type of affair. Bastard Attacked me on my entrance & threw me outside of the ring, I took over shortly thereafter & beat him down a little, employing my newly created Ole Ole Wizard(Note: The coolest thing ever happened; as I was dragging Pierre over I booted the chair into the general direction of the wall, It miraculously sllid into the exact position, turning in the process, Skillage From The Village!!!) So, where was I? Oh yeah I threw Pierre into the ring & 'The Nature Boy Paradoxx' pulled out the old Flair trick & begged off only to thumb me in the eye(you'd swear with the amount of tapes I watch I'd have seen this coming). He beat me down for a while then placed me in a bear hug, I fought out with some fairly stiff forearms, & was on my way to hit a nice stiff lariat but the French FOOL side-stepped me & I flew out of the ring through the middle rope, landing square on my back, God I love to wrestle but OUCH!!!!! He then bet the almighty JAYSUS outta my back, then he allowed me some time to breathe before going for his choke-out finish, big mistake, as I armdragged out of it & hit him with a cutter. That left us both fairly Banjoed & when he got up I started pummelling him with Forearms, "Stop Pummelling me," he cried, "It's so painful.", Ok so he didn't say that but it woulda been quite cool if he did. I went for a double stomp but missed, He then hit me with an electric chair, landing me nice & square on my neck, & the crowd, she did say "boo!!" i then see that Ballymun Bruiser is outside the ring, impressive for a guy with no kneecaps(hehehe). Pierre hooks in his choke again & I get to the ropes, he tries the spear but I sidestep & he flies into the corner head-first. I hit an S3 for certain victory but the Bruiser pulls Marceau away from me, must have seen me drop Pierre on my knee & gotten jealous of my ability to bend my leg. I Yakuza(or should it be IRA in Ireland) kick Bruiser off the apron but Pierre low blows me & goes for that bleedin' choke AGAIN(I've already countered twice, would that feckin gobshite not go for another move???) I COUNTER(big suprise there) into a Damage Case ddt & follow up with a Top Rope Doublestomp for the win. Afterwards I tell Pierre to kiss my Flag(I knew I shoulda said genitals but there were Children present), but the French PONCE dosen't want to, instead he drops the Tri-Colour & tries to attack me, I give him a nice aul Smashmouth Stomp & He ends up in the flag with my foot directly on his head!!! Good Stuff Went backstage & a lot of the guys said it was a good match, respect from my peers really matters to me, it shows that(hopefully), I'm growing as a wrestler. Wanna hear the kicker though: After we were finished with the ring & stuff, I walked home!!!!!! Terrible walk as well, took me all of 3MINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Until Next Time, I'm Sean South, the man whose livejounal is read by many, but admitted by few!!! |

[Feb. 25th, 2006|03:06 am] |
Yeah, so I basicly had some of my best matches at the IwW Gym wars events last year, So this Year, on st.Patricks day, we have the year's first Gym Wars. before the actual bug news, Let me give you a brief rundown of the History of the Gym wars events:
Gym wars started on April 16th 2005. They are held in our gym in Baldoyle industrial estate & are more or less a way to debut new wrestlers, yet, somehow they always seem to contain IwW's best matches. This could be due to the fact that the crowd are always harcdcore-ass smarks who can be MEGA-critical of bad matches(that said, there are a few who are so familiar with our product that they just love all the matches anyway). They are also no more than 10feet from the ring at any given time, which also makes it a necessity to work tight. I made my debut at Gym Wars & I've always felt a special connection with the event, I had some of my better few matches there, & to see it return after a hiatus since November is great, so without Further adue, The news that is set to make GW IX a memorable one:
